OUR FINE PRINT:
- Rates include full buffet breakfast served in the Gordon House Event Center.
- There are a limited number of adjoining rooms.
- Rates include double occupancy unless otherwise noted.
- Children under 10 are our guests at no additional charge.
- Additional per person charge per night is $29.
- In an effort to provide all our guests the most enjoyable experience we do not allow pets on the property or smoking inside any of the buildings.
- Check-in time 3:30 PM.
- Check-out time 11:00 AM.

PAYMENT POLICY:
- All reservations require a 50% deposit, charged to a credit card, at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be made 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive full refund less $100 processing fee.
- Deposits for no shows or cancellations with less than 21 days notice will not be issued a refund, REGARDLESS OF REASON.
- Rates are subject to change without notice or obligation
